Gift
Card Refund/Return Policy
Gift Cards are transferable however, non-refundable. Citron
Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Cash
value of gift certificates purchased for treatments or packages
are subject to change, one year after issue.
Shipping
Citron Spa ships products and
Gift Certificates Monday through Friday via US Postal Service.
Once we receive your online order, you will have receipt of
the purchase and we will process the gift card the next business
week day (M-F) and mail your gift card to the address given.
